Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:
1. To approve minutes from the February 28, 2023, meeting.
2. 1723 Post Road East
To review and comment on the proposed new free-standing signage at 1723 Post Road East (Parcel ID# I09//085/000) submitted by Ryan Peterson, Coastal Luxury Homes, for property owned by 1723 Post Road E LLC located in GBD. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
3. To adjourn the meeting.
