Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of November 14, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 1 Fresenius Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11640-22 by Scott Marona on behalf of Keira LLC for a pool and patio.
2. 117 Morningside Drive South:Application #AA,WPL/E-11651-22 William Osanitsch on behalf of Anastasia Sacchetti for a pool, patio, fence and mechanicals.
3. 5 Kensington Place:Application #AA,WPL/E-11654-22 by Edward Paul for a deck expansion and hot tub.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
