LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of November 7, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 82 Clapboard Hill Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11641-22 by Mariana Demaura on behalf of Kevin & Tara McCarthy for a pool, hot tub, patio, retaining wall, and mechanicals. 
2. 36 Owenoke Park:  Application #WPL/E-11645-22 by Richard & Carrie Silverstein to replace the pool and patio in the same location. 
3. 16 Minute Man Hill:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11646-22 by Peter Cadoux on behalf of Cara & Benjamin Feldman for an addition and driveway changes. 
4. 1 Baker Avenue:  Application #WPL/E-11647-22 by Brian Carey on behalf of Eric Wang and Jenny Pan for a pool, patio and mechanicals. 
5. 5 Pebble Beach Lane:  Application #WPL/E-11648-22 by Michael Iacono on behalf of Glenn & Jamie Camche for a pool with autocover and mechanicals. 


The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
