LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 31, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 60 Nyala Farms Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11618-22 by Christing Arbor on behalf of 60 Nyala Farms LLC c/o Bridgewater Associates LP to create a new “Bus Drop-off” by enlarging the driveway, add motorized security gate, and replace and add planting, lighting and pathways. 
2. 122 Wilton Road:  Application #WPL/E-11621-22 by 122 Wilton Road LLC to construct a 19 unit apartment building, parking, and retaining wall. 
3. 73 Richmondville Avenue:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11624-22 by Matthew Lueder on behalf of Richmondville Ave LLC for a pool, pool patio and mechanicals. 
4. 14 Cottage Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11633-22 Michael Santoianni on behalf of Laura Riguzzi for a generator. 
5. 38 Evergreen Avenue:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11635-22 by Michael Sia on behalf of David & Linda Shapiro for an addition. 
6. 1 Fresenius Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11639-22 by Scott Maroma on behalf of Keira LLC for a new single family residence, driveway, retaining wall and fence. 
7. 275 North Avenue:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11643-22 by Frank Giacobbe on behalf of Paige & Ted Parker for a pool, patio and pool fence. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
