LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 17, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 10 Forest Drive:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11587-22 by Roberto Quiles on behalf of Nikolas Zografos for an addition, porch new mudroom, roof changes and patio expansion. 
2. 16 Colony Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11626-22 by Michael Sentoianni on behalf Stephen & Debra Tobias for a generator. 
3. 2 Gault Park Drive:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11628-22 by Anelise Osborn for a deer fence. 
4. 41 Sasco Creek Road:  Application #WPL/E-11629-22 by Corey Jackson on behalf of Andy Kaplan for a generator. 
5. 9 Treadwell Avenue:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11631-22 by Corey Jackson on behalf of Louis  Colangelo Trustee for an a/c system. 
6. 271 Sturges Highway:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11634-22 by Corey Jackson on behalf of Glenn Greenberg for a generator. 
7. 25 Ford Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11637-22 by 25 Ford Rod LLC to repair bridge, replace rotted wood, paint, and wash. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
