Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 6, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
1. Amendment #651: Appl. #12-036 by 1 Burr Road, LLC for property owned by Ralph, John and Anthony Deangelis for a map amendment to the Westport Zoning Map to rezone properties at 14 Lincoln Street, PID #C09086000 and 20 Lincoln Street PID #C09085000 from Residential A to RORD 1, (Restricted Office Retail District)
2. 1655 Post Road East: Appl. #12-039 by Westport Housing Authority for property owned by Westport Housing Authority for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for redevelopment of premises and 21 additional units in a MHPD zone, PID #H09150000 and PID #H09151000.
At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
