Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 12, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
- 1850 Post Road East: Appl. #12-029 by Peter Romano, Land-Tech Consultants for property owned by West Just LLC for a Site Plan approval for a change of use from retail (nail spa) to restaurant, joint parking and request for future reserved parking in a GBD zone, PID #I09004000.
At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
