LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the weeks of August 22, 2022 and August 29, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 52 Cross Highway:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11502-22 by Tony Boucher on behalf of Priya Magesh for a generator. 
2. 15 Green Acre Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11533-22 by John Rountree on Hiroko Rawald to construct a 994 s.f. accessory dwelling unit. 
3. 4 Brightfield Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11603-22 Jonathan & Brittany Steel for additions and interior renovations. 
4. 44 Otter Trail:  Application #WPL/E-11606-22 by Beatriz Motepeque DeSantiz on behalf of Maxwell & Amanda Gail Whitacre for interior renovations, new windows, siding, roof changes, and dormer additions. 
5. 11A River Oaks Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11608-22 by Andy Frank on behalf of River One Building LLC to construct a new single family residence, septic system, driveway, grading and drainage. 
6. 15 Morningside Lane:  Application #AA-11610-22 by Ron Dominici for a pool and covered porch. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
