LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 1, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 157 Compo Road North:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11581-22 by Laura Kaehler on behalf of Wyatt Jansen for an addition, interior renovations and driveway changes. 
2. 59 Kings Highway South:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11584-22 by Lesman Cordero on behalf of Dream Homes Solutions LLC for a second story addition, a 2 story addition, porch and deck. 
3. 197 Hillspoint Road:  Application #WPL/E-11589-22 by DLTC Landscape Contractors, Inc on behalf of Nikki Gorman for a seawall repair. 
4. 131 Morningside Drive South:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11590-22 by Francis Enos for a shed. 
5. 2 Acorn Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11593-22 by Matthew Dennett for a pool fence. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
