LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation
Department during the week of July 25, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and
Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the
Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 5 Bowling Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-11570-22 by Megan Robertson on behalf of EKI LLC
for a new single family residence, garage, driveway, septic system, patio, porch and associated
site improvements.

2. 5 Sea Spray Road: Application #WPL/E-11582-22 by Phillip Cerrone, Architect
for a partial 3rd floor and 3rd floor deck above the existing
residence, extend the 2nd floor deck, relocate the spiral stairs and interior renovations.

3. 79 Newtown Turnpike: Application #AA,WPL/E-11585-22 Cathy Walsh on behalf of Chabad
Lubavitch of Westport for legalization of playground equipment.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.
Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205,
Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding
holidays.
