LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 27, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 7 Plumtree Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11564-22 by George Trudell on behalf of James & Brianna Dangelo for an addition, front & rear porches, new septic and drainage. 
2. 4 Round Pond Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11566-22 by Elizabeth Steffen for an addition of a covered porch, interior renovations, and relocation of driveway. 
3. 18 Tupelo Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11569-22 by Gault Family Co on behalf of Manoj Notani for an above-ground propane tank. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
