LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 1, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

1. 1317 Post Road East: Appl. #11-046: Discussion and potential approval of Stipulation for Judgment in case entitled Country Realty Co. & New Country Motor Cars of Westport, LLC, v. Planning and Zoning Commission, Docket No. FST-CV-11-6012112 S, for removal of existing parking space designation and modification of underground parking, based on Planning and Zoning Resolution #11-046, for property located at 1317 Post Road East.
At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Fiday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
