LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 25, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 309 Bayberry Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11477-22 by MLR Properties on behalf of Behrooz Badri for a pool, hot tub, patio, and associated site improvements.
2. 9 Pine Tree Drive:Application #AA,WPL/E-11524-22 by John Matra for a second story addition, front porch, rear deck and septic system.
3. 48 Otter Trail:Application #WPL/E-11526-22 by Dawn Mele on behalf of William Schmid for a generator.
4. 58 Turkey Hill Road South:Application #AA,WPL/E-11531-22 by Jessica & Phillip Polito for tree removal, deer fence and foot bridge.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
