8) Research of 
a. Caucus rules for the CRP 
b. Changes to Police Civil Complaint Form re: unessential data requested
9) Report on Discussion with Elliott Spector re: Potential CRP Training
10) Review/Discussion of Draft: Brief description of the CRP’s involvement in the Complaint review process (for website}

It is anticipated the Civilian Review Panel will go into Executive Session for discussion
concerning the performance of a public officer or employee as follows:
11) Review Civilian Complaint Incident file number 2021-018809, 
regarding Officer Edward Batlin dated  December 20, 2021
12) Review Civilian Complaint Incident file number 21-07,
regarding Officer David Scinto and Officer Thomas Casimiro
