Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 11, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 132 North Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-11463-22 by Pete Romano on behalf of Scott Hershkowitz & Jennifer Bagnato for an addition, covered entry, and driveway addition.
2. 65 Whitney Street:Application #AA,WPL/E-11503-22 by CT Permit Services on behalf of Keith Seigner for a generator.
3. 17 Wakeman Place:Application #WPL/E-11508-22 by Corey Jackson on behalf of Greg Naughton for a propane tank.
4. 8 Hunt Club Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11516-22 by Jake Vanderkamp on behalf of Lee & Emily Waldman for a basement renovation.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
