LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS
Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 4, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 39 Bonnie Brook Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11471-22 by Andrej Piekarski on behalf of Piekarski Investment LLC for a new single family residence, driveway, patio, porch, and associated site improvements.
2. 333 Greens Farms Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11509-22 by Corey Jackson on behalf of David Rubin for a generator and three propane tanks.
3. 35 Beachside Avenue: Application #WPL/E-11512-22 by Roger Ferris & Partners on behalf of Greens Farms Academy Inc. for the addition of a cafeteria/commons building within the existing courtyard of the lower school and interior renovations.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
