LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of March 28, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 39 Bonnie Brook Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11499-22 by Andrej Piekarski on behalf of Piekarski Investments LLC for a pool, pool mechanicals, and associated site improvements.
2. 7 Merritt Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11506-22 by RI Pools Inc on behalf of Rachel Dymond for a new pool, patio, retaining wall, pergola, enlarge existing patio, new tennis court, new septic fields, drainage, mechanicals and fence.
3. 85 Hillandale Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11510-22 by Frank Pagliano on behalf of Daniel S Vonkohorn for a generator & propane tank.
4. 326 Bayberry Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11511-22 by Frank Pagliano on behalf of Robert Rose for a generator.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
