LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of March 7, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 6 Acorn Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11476-22 by Robert Daley on behalf of Irina & Yury Feygin for a second story addition and sewer connection.
2. 16 Vineyard Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11485-22 by Anthony Zammit on behalf of Joseph & Erica Messina to remove the old deck and construct a new deck.
3. 12 Sugar Maple Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11486-22 by Tony Boucher on behalf of Eugenie Tencate for a generator.
4. 27 Edgewater Hillside:Application #WPL/E-11488-22 by Bill Achilles, Achilles Architects on behalf of Deborah & Mark Ritter to legalize the existing deck and remove a portion of the deck per ZBA approval.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
