LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of February 28, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 3 Lowlyn Road:Application #AA-11420-21 by Krysztof Lizak on behalf of Snehal & Kinnary Patel to construct and addition and driveway expansion.
2. Edgemarth Hill Road in front of 4 Edgemarth Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11481-22 by HR Candee Construction Co. on behalf of Edgemarth Hill Road Association c/o Jack Porrino to replace the culvert under the road in like and kind.
3. 15 Cardinal Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11483-22 by Robert Storm on behalf of Pamela Furth for an addition, porch and interior renovations.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
