Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of February 14, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 28 Sue Terrace:Application #AA,WPL/E-11460-22 by Jonathan Cusa for legalization of a shed.
2. 2 Brooklawn Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11465-22 by Bringing the Green Back on behalf of Bryan & Amanda Meltzer for a fence.
3. 6 Harbor Hill Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11467-22 by William Kenny Associates on behalf of Susan Ellison for replacing boardwalk, plantings and invasive plant removal.
4. 6 James Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11474-22 by Julie & Robert Haroun for a new single family residence, driveway, garage, patio and associated site work.
5. 6 Sea Spray Road:Application #WPL/E-11480-22 by Douglas Bassett on behalf of 6 Sea Spray Rd. LLC to replace stairs to deck and move a/c and generator.
6. 18 Cranbury Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11482-22 by John Mancusi on behalf Gulick Construction LLC for a pool, patio and mechanicals.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
