1. Upon the request of the Department of Human Services and as approved by the Board of Finance, to recommend approval to the full RTM of an appropriation in the amount of $150,000.00 from Westport’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to support predevelopment activities for affordable housing at West Parish Road in response to the ongoing pandemic and resulting housing crisis facing low-income households.
