Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of February 7, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 7 Woody Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11456-22 by Robert Harrington for a patio and bridge legalization.
2. 129 Long Lots Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11457-22 by Andy Soumelidis onbehalf of Lauren B Braver 1997 Irrevocable Trust for a pool, patio, driveway addition and legalization of western patio.
3. 47 Marion Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11470-22 by Acadia Design & Build LLC on behalf of Jordan & Karen Schur for an addition and renovation.
4. 2 Gordon Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11472-22 by CT Permit Services on behalf of David Knesich for a generator. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
