Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of January 24, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
- 16 Partrick Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11386-21 by Jim Jamieson on behalf of Robert & Judith Rosenkranz for a new living room, new garage, and interior renovations.
- 25 Kings Highway South:Application #AA,WPL/E-11458-22 by Andy Soumelidis on behalf of the Birchwood Country Club Inc for five pickleball courts.
- 10 River Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11461-22 by William Chappa on behalf of Craig Mogan to construct a 2-car garage addition, interior renovations, driveway addition, patios, drainage and associated site work.
- 8 Appletree Trail:Application #WPL/E-11462-22 by Bill Green on behalf of Linda Durakis to reduce the driveway and install a generator.
- 20 Colony Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11466-22 by Daniel Schoenherr to construct a new single family residence, driveway expansion and associated site work.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
