Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on December 5, 2022, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. GRANTED: 5 High Point Road: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-22-00657 submitted by Bryan Nesteriak, B&B Engineering, for property owned by Michael and Nora Robin, to retain, non-exempt, excavation and fill and to authorize non-exempt excavation and fill activities to correct the manmade earth steep slopes associated with the construction of a pool, spa, patio, and retaining walls, for property located in the Residence AA district, PID# G11053000.
