LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on June 13, 2022, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. GRANTED: 79 Newtown Turnpike: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-22-00288 submitted by Cathy Walsh, for property owned by Chabad Lubavitch of Westport to add a Day Care (aka Child Care) Facility, at property in the Residence AA Zone, PID#A14006000.
