LEGAL NOTICE & AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a special public hearing on Monday, Jan. 23, 2012, at 4 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public hearing of Jan. 11, 2012; and to approve the minutes of the Water Pollution Control Authority’s public hearing of Jan. 11, 2012.

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the use of town-owned property by The Westport Woman’s Club for the Annual Yankee Doodle Fair from Monday, June 11, 2012 through Sunday, June 17, 2012, contingent upon compliance with comments from various town departments including the Westport/Weston Health District and in accordance with the Procedures for Use of Town-Owned Property, Facilities and/or Public Roadways.

3. To take such action as the meting may determine to approve the use of town-owned roadways by the Sound Cyclists Bicycle Club for the Annual Bloomin’ Metric Bicycle Tour to be held on Sunday, May 20, 2012; and further to approve an increase in the number of participants from 2,000 riders to 2,500 riders, contingent upon compliance with comments from various town departments including the Westport/Weston Health District and in accordance with the Procedures for Use of Town-Owned Property, Facilities and/or Public Roadways.

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Health Insurance Consulting Services Agreement between the Town of Westport and USI Connecticut for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.

5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Insurance Consulting Services Agreement between the Town of Westport and USI Insurance Services of Connecticut for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.

6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Insurance consulting Services Agreement between the Town of Westport and Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.
