 LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on September 6, 2022, the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:

1. GRANTED: 65 Compo Beach Road: Application #ZBA-22-00439 by Craig Davidson, for property owned by Craig Davidson, for variance of the Zoning Regulation: §6-3.1 (for Setbacks for Non-Conforming Lot), §13-4 (Setbacks), to install a generator in the front setback, located in Residence A district, PID #D03163000.
2. GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS: 105 Harbor Road: Application #ZBA-22-00493 by Tanner White, for property owned by Bill and Kate Weber, for variance of the Zoning Regulation: §6-2.1.6 (Non-Conforming New Construction), §13-6 (Building and Total Coverage), to construct a new single-family residence with an elevated covered patio and a new driveway over Building and Total Coverage, located in the Residence A district, PID #B02140000.
3. GRANTED: 36 Canal Road: Application #ZBA-22-00497 by Benedict Ciferri, for property owned by Benedict Ciferri, for variance of the Zoning Regulation: §6-2.1 (Alterations for Non-Conforming Building), §6-2.1.3 (Expansion of Non-Conforming Deck), §13-6 (Building and Total Coverage), to construct a balcony with a staircase over the existing lower-level deck and to retain the driveway expansion, second floor bump out over the driveway, and the rear entry stairs over Building and Total Coverage, located in the Residence A district, PID #B02052000.

Due to the closing of Town Hall to the public during the COVID-19 emergency, and pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order #7I, the Legal Notice of Decision cannot be viewed at the Westport Town Clerk’s Office or the Westport Planning and Zoning Office at this time.
