LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 28, 2022, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

POSITIVE REPORT: Church Lane Road Closure: §8-24 Municipal Improvement Request by Westport Downtown Association for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission on a referral from the First Selectwoman regarding the temporary closure of Church Lane between April 1, 2022, and November 6, 2022.
GRANTED: 2 Half Mile Common: Special Permit/ Site Plan Appl. #PZ-22-00075 submitted by Bruce Reinheimer, BHR Landscape Architecture, for property owned by Daniel and Caroline Ferson for excavation and fill activities to re-grade a portion of the property to make a more level yard, for property located in the Residence AA zone, PID#F14053000.
