• Review previous Minutes and vote for acceptance(s).

• Review rules on public comments

• Old Business

 Review Golden Shadows amendment to report, vote for acceptance of amended wordage on yearly costs.

 Vote to accept Health Department Building Report

 Discuss investigations to date on Town Hall building.

 Discuss next steps for Town Hall review.

• New Business – Set dates for Maintenance Study reports field walk-abouts for next buildings.

• Comments by participants of required Maintenance Items observed throughout Town.
