Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. It will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020.
United together with our brothers and sisters who are enduring great personal trauma as well as devastating infrastructure and equipment losses due to the war, the Board of Selectwomen will present a proclamation to formally establish a Friendship Sister City partnership between the Town of Westport, Connecticut, USA and Lyman, Ukraine.
AGENDA
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s meeting of December 14, 2022.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to review and approve the Pop Up Café Guidelines and Permit, as amended, re-stated and re-named as Pop Up Dining Permit Policy and Application.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Information Sharing Access Agreement (ISAA) between the Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS/FEMA) and the Town of Westport as it relates to documenting the safeguarding requirements for PII dataset(s) shared by FEMA and the Town of Westport.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Human Services, to approve the following Agreements by and between the Town of Westport and Positive Directions, The Center for Prevention and Counseling, Inc.:
(i) Consulting Agreement Renewal for the Westport Prevention Coalition
(ii) Consulting Agreement for the Counseling Assistance Program
(iii) Business Associate Agreement - Positive Directions
5. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Human Services and in accordance with the Policy for Gifts to the Town, to approve the acceptance of a donation to the Human Services Department/Westport Center for Senior Activities in the amount of $8,000.
6. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at 10 and 12 Maple Avenue contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of January 4, 2023.
7. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at #48 Treadwell Avenue contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of January 4, 2023.
