Notice & Agenda
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Local Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. It will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020. Agenda to include the following items (subject to revision):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s and the Water Pollution Control Authority’s meetings of October 12, 2022.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve (i) an Affordability Plan to be signed by the Town and Homes with Hope, (ii) a 15-year deed restriction, and (iii) a 40-year deed restriction for the Town-owned property at 124 Compo Road North known as “Susie’s House,” in connection with a renovation of the house by Homes with Hope to provide affordable housing.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Audit Engagement letter between the Town of Westport and Cohn Reznick as it relates to the Coleytown Middle School renovation project.
