1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the December 10, 2021, Meeting of Non-Supervisory Pension Board.

    

    

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the December 15, 2021, Special Meeting of Non-Supervisory Pension Board. 

    

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of

Robert Yost, Fire Chief, on January 1, 2022, with a 75% Joint & Survivor Annuity benefit.
