Board of Selectwomen Meeting

Notice & Agenda 

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Local Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. It will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020. Agenda to include the following items (subject to revision):

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s meeting of April 13, 2022. 

    

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, in accordance with the Westport Policy for Gifts to the Town and upon the request of the Westport Arts Advisory Committee, to approve the acceptance of “Gossip” (2005) by Elizabeth Catlett for inclusion in the Town of Westport Art Collection.

    

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the no-cost proposal from Lifestyle Publications, LLC (Westport Lifestyle) to be the exclusive magazine media sponsor for Westport Means Business. 

    

4. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the following proposed Sewer Use Fees for 2022:

Use Charge Rate Per CCF Discharged               $  6.20

Minimum Use Charge Rate                               $ 375.00

Properties on Public Water                                $ 500.00

Properties on Un-Metered Water Supply

   or Well Water                                                $ 500.00
