SPECIAL NOTICE ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR THIS MEETING:
This meeting will be held IN-PERSON IN THE AUDITORIUM OF THE WESTPORT TOWN HALL. Town Hall access will be through the front of the building. The meeting will also be live streamed on the Town Website westportct.gov (on the website, select “How Do I” Heading, and select “Watch Town Meetings”) and shown on Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020. Comments to be read during the public comment period may be emailed to BOFcomments@westportct.gov. We will use our best efforts to read public comments aloud if they are received during the public comment period and if they state your full name and address. In-person public comments are also allowed during the public comment period. Meeting materials will be available at westportct.gov along with the meeting notice posted on the Meeting List & Calendar page.
NOTICE OF BOF EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board of Finance will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose. It is anticipated that the Board of Finance will vote to go into Executive Session for such discussion:
1. To discuss lease negotiations.
NOTICE OF BOF PUBLIC MEETING
Board of Finance will hold its Public Meeting on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Westport Town Hall for the following purposes:

2. To approve the Board of Finance Minutes of the September 7, 2022 Regular Meeting.
3. Financial Report from the Finance Director. (Discussion Only)
4. Status Update from the Audit Manager. (Discussion Only)
5. Upon the request of the Town Attorney’s office and in accordance with §C6-2 of the Town Charter, to approve a 40-year deed restriction to create affordable housing under Section 8-30g at Town-owned property at 124 Compo Road North known as Susie’s House and used by Homes with Hope Inc. for Project Return.
6. Upon the request of the Town Attorney’s office and in accordance with §C6-2 of the Town Charter, to approve a Site Lease Agreement between the Town and Dish Wireless, L.L.C. for space on the Town-owned Telecommunications Tower and Elevated Platform located at 515 Post Road East.
7. Upon the request of the Superintendent of Schools, to approve an appropriation of (amount pending confirmation) for FY22-23 Capital Projects.
8. Presentation by First Selectwoman Jennifer Tooker and Superintendent of Schools Thomas Scarice of the 10 Year Capital Forecast.
9. To review the 2023 Board of Finance Calendar. (Discussion Only)
