The Board of Finance will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. IN PERSON IN ROOM 309 OF TOWN HALL for the following purpose.  It is anticipated that the Board of Finance will vote to go into Executive Session for such discussion:

1. To approve the Board of Finance Minutes of the January 5, 2022 Regular Meeting, the January 19, 2022 and the January 31, 2022 Special Meetings.

    

2. To review and approve the Department of Human Services request for $150,000.00 from Westport’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to support predevelopment activities for affordable housing at West Parish Road in response to the ongoing pandemic and resulting housing crisis facing low-income households.

    

3. Financial Report from the Finance Director. (Discussion Only)

    

4. Board of Education 2nd quarter Financial Report and discussion among Board of Finance, Board of Education and Westport Public Schools Administration on facilities, capital planning and processes. (Discussion Only)

    

5. Status Update from the Audit Manager. (Discussion Only)
