LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
JULY 20, 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its
July 20, 2022 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
1. 4 Lantern Hill Road: Application #IWW/M-11549-22 by Andrew J Byrne on behalf of the Estate of Anthony W Byrne to amend wetland boundary map #D10.
2. 33 High Point Road: Application #IWW/M-11557-22 by Andy Soumelidis of LandTech on behalf of Christopher Powers to amend wetland boundary map #G11.
3. 296 Compo Road South: Application #IWW/M-11558-22 by Andy Soumelidis of LandTech on behalf of Niv & Kim Harizman to amend wetland boundary map #D4.
4. 20 Berndale Drive: Application #IWW/M-11560-22 by Jim Kousidis on behalf of Alana Fuscaldo to amend wetland boundary map #E12.
5. 2 Owenoke Park: Application #WPL-11555-22 by Environmental Land Solutions on behalf of Bluewater Owenoke 2 LLC to raze the existing house and construct a new FEMA compliant house in a similar location with pool, patio, driveway, associated grading and landscaping. Work is within the WPLO area of Gray’s Creek and the Saugatuck River.
