WESTPORT SHELLFISH COMMISSION
NOVEMBER 2, 2022
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. Pursuant to Substitute House Bill 5269 as amended by House Amendment Schedule “A”, there will not be a physical location for this meeting.

The Commission will take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:
1. New Business
a. 259 Riverside Avenue (a.k.a 251, 253 & 257 Riverside Avenue): Review by the Commission for comments for a proposal to construct a private dock accessed from a parking lot on a commercial parking lot. The proposed dock will consist of a 19.5’ long by 4’ wide fixed pier, a 31’ long by 3’ wide ramp and a 7’ by 14’ float with a 2’ X 5’ landing float.
2. Approval of the October 3, 2022 minutes.
3. Police Report
4. Treasurers Report
5. Recreational Shellfish Report
6. Old Business
a. Follow-up discussion on shell recycling
7. Other Business
