3.        Discussion of draft text amendment to modify prohibition on single-tenant occupancy exceeding 10,000 SF in the BCD and BCD/H in downtown Westport.

4.        Discussion of draft text amendment to remove prohibition on Retail/Service uses above the 1^st floor in the BCD and BCD/H in downtown Westport.

5.        Discussion of exempting Art from Coverage calculations.
