This meeting is being held for the following purposes:

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the September

   20, 2021, Municipal Pension Board.

    

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the November 19, 2021, Municipal Pension Board.

    

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Deborah Gallon (Paraprofessional-Staples High School) for January 1, 2022, with a Modified Cash Refund & Life Annuity.

    

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Aparajita Mathur, (Paraprofessional – Coleytown Middle School) for January 1, 2022, with a Modified Cash Refund & Life Annuity.

    

5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Kristan Nash (Library Staff- Town of Westport Library) for January 1, 2022, with a 100% Joint Life & Survivor Annuity.

    

6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Annette Tait, (Paraprofessional – King’s Highway School.) for January 1, 2022, with a 50% Joint Life & Survivor Annuity.
