- GRANTED: 130 Compo Road South: Application #ZBA-21-00797 by John Rountree for property owned by Cheryl G. Rountree for variance of the Zoning Regulation: §13-6 (Building Coverage) To construct a greenhouse connected to the south side of the existing house over allowable Building Coverage, located in Residence A district, PID# D07051000.
- GRANTED: 171 Compo Road South: Application #ZBA-21-00832 by Marc LaClair & Cindy Doonan for property owned by Home Design & Build, LLC for variance of the Zoning Regulations: §6-1.2 (Relocation of Non-Conforming Building) and §6-2.1.2 (Transfer of Building Coverage) To rebuild two single-family dwellings with reduced Building Coverage and in a new location on the lot, located in Residence A district, PID# C06137000.
