LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
DECEMBER 8, 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision on December 8, 2021 at a Show Cause Hearing held in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Water Courses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses.

12 Cottage Lane. (Lot: 10  Map: H9) ): In accordance with section 15.4 of the “Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses of the Town of Westport” of the Town of Westport, a Show Cause Hearing of the Westport Conservation Commission was held in response to a Cease & Correct Order issued to the property owners for removing and depositing material, placing a drainage pipe, and altering the hydrology of a wetland without permits, thereby in violation of Sections 4.2.1 1 (a), (b), (c), and (e), 7.1 and 7.3 (h) and (i) of “The Regulations”. Said Order was REVISED by the Commission.
