Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of November 15, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 4 Blind Brook Road South:Application #AA,WPL/E-11419-21 by David & Margaret Bliss for a fence.
2. 13 Boxwood Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11422-21 by Manny’s Electric on behalf of Cristian Petrina for a generator.
3. 4 Aspetuck Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11423-21 by Daniel Conlon on behalf of Ed & Lisa Raice for a relocated driveway.
4. 13 Elmwood Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11426-21 by George Guidera on behalf of Andre Aflalo for a generator.
5. 23 Grove Point Road:Application #WPL/E-11429-21 by Lang Pools on behalf of Caleb Fox for a pool, pool mechanicals and fence.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
