LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 18, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 185 Riverside Avenue aka “Pasacreta Park”:Application #WPL/E-11407-21 by Town of Westport WPCA/DPW to relocate the existing sewer main and upgrade capacity by increasing pipe diameter from 10” to 15”.
2. 16 Timber Lane:Application #AA-11410-21 by Ron Dominici for a pool.
3. 81 Maple Avenue South:Application #AA,WPL/E-11411-21 by Steven Beck on behalf of 81 Maple Avenue South to construct a pool, retaining wall, associated mechanicals and fence.
4. 73 Richmondville Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-11414-21 by Peter Greenberg on behalf of Richmondville Ave LLC to construct a new single family residence, driveway, deck, patio, associated grading and drainage.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
