Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of January 9, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 161 Cross Highway: Application #AA,WPL/E-9004-12 by Lanese Construction on behalf of Christies Realty LLC to construct a chimney and fireplace.
2. 4 Leslie Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9012-12 by Gary Shure for a generator.
3. 13 Crooked Mile Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9013 by S&E Electric on behalf of Peter & Lesley Kaplan for a generator.
4. 12 Lone Pine Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9015-12 by Pack-Timco Inc. on behalf of Alicia Babcock to install two air conditioning units.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
