Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic Pre-Application public meeting on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 6:30 PM for the following purpose:
- To review potential plans at 12 Redcoat Road prior to the Historic Residential Structures Special Permit §32-18.
- To adjourn the meeting.

Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order No. 7B, there will be no physical location for this meeting. This meeting will be held electronically. Telephone and Zoom video participation details are above. Comments from the public will be received during the public meeting.
