Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 19, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 10 Abbotts Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11349-21 by Gary Chase on behalf of Lindsay & David Allen for a first floor addition, a second floor addition and a new septic.
2. 97 Hillspoint Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11354-21 by Cannondale Generators on behalf of Stephen & Lynne Goldstein for a generator.
3. 15 Beechwood Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11358-21 by Anthony Bardino on behalf of 15 Beechwood Lane LLC for a new single family residence.
4. 3 Turtleback Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11360-21 by Cannondale Generators on behalf of Lillis for a generator and 2 propane tanks.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
