LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

 

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:

 

  1. 23 Webb Road:  ZBA Appl. #7116 by Robert T. Coolidge, AIA for property owned by Joanne Kletecka for a variance to Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 13-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-2.1.6 (All new construction shall be in accordance with these regulations) to legalize patio and propane tank in the setbacks and for an addition over allowable coverage in a Res A zone, PID #E10104000.

 

  1. 5 Rockland Place:  ZBA Appl. #7119 by Hong McConnell for property owned by Hong McConnell for a variance to Sec 12-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 12-5 (Height), Sec 6-2.1.6 (All new construction shall be in accordance with these regulations), to legalize patio and artificial turf in setbacks and dormer over allowable height in a Res AA zone, PID #C05110000.

 

  1. 999 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7123 by Martin T. Rogers, c/o Marty’s Sign Design for property owned by 997 Post Road East, c/o The Beekman Estate for a variance to Sec 33-8.4.1 (One free standing sign) to allow a second free standing sign on property in a GBD/A zone, PID # F09081000.

 

  1. 19 Highpoint Road:  ZBA Appl. #7130 by Walter Matera for property owned by Michael and Anna Inglese for a variance to Sec 12-2 (Permitted Uses), Sec 11-2.4.8(a)  (Accessory building or structure shall not exceed 300 square feet of gross floor area), for legalization of accessory building over 300 square feet in a Res AA zone, PID #G11060000.

 

At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
