WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
JUNE 30, 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its
June 30, 2021 Special Meeting in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
- 33 Tamarac Road:Application #IWW/M-11327-21 by Paul & Bridget Curtis to amend wetland boundary map #D11
- 1 Tuck Lane:Application #IWW/M-11328-21 by Marcin Pyda on behalf of Charles S Harris to amend wetland boundary map D16.
- 20 Island Way:Application #WPL-11312-21 by William Kenny Associates LLC on behalf of Kevin Jain & Shikha Goyal to remove the existing single family dwelling and construct a new dwelling, driveway, in-ground swimming pool, and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
- 59 Red Coat Road: Application #IWW-11237-21 by LandTech on behalf of Kevin Dorsey to construct a new single-family residence, pool, pool patio surrounded by walls, septic and related drainage and grading. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks.
