The RTM District 3 members will meet on Monday June 21, 2021 at 10:30 am.  Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order No. 7B, there is no physical location for this meeting.  It will be held electronically.

BUSINESS TO BE CONDUCTED: 

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, for the purpose of filling the vacancy created by the resignation of Amy Kaplan. The meeting shall include the candidate interview with Ross Burkhardt who has qualified per Town Charter rule. 

       2.    To consider and vote on the candidate to fill the vacancy.

Note:  It is anticipated the members will vote to adjourn into executive session to conduct the candidate interview and to discuss recommendations to fill the vacancy.
