1. 6 Quarter Mile Road:  The following application is continued from 12/11/12 and further continued to 1/8/13.  No testimony has been taken)  ZBA Appl. #7101 by Eric Bernheim/Lawrence Weisman for property owned by Westport 1 Trust and Amended Revocable Trust for a variance to Sec 11-3 (Lot Area and Shape), Sec 6-3 ( Non Conforming Lot) for development of a one acre parcel and a two acre zone is a Res AAA zone, PID # B14085000.


2. 29 Surf Road:  ZBA Appl. #7109 by Barr Associates, LLC and Peter Cadoux Architects for property owned by Deborah Reif for a variance to Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 31-4 (Projections into Setbacks), Sec 13-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-2.1.6 (All new construction shall be deemed to be in accordance with these regulations), Sec 31-7 (Setbacks from Waterbodies, Watercourses and Wetlands) for construction of a new single family dwelling in a Res A zone, PID #B02002000.


3. 12 Norwalk Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7111 by Patricia M. Miller for property owned by Sabino Rodriguiez for a variance to Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 13-5 (Height), Sec 13-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-2.1 (Expansion, Extension or Alteration), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), to raise existing structure to comply with FEMA requirements in a Res A zone, PID #D03136000.

5. 59 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7114 by Karen Johnson, Bedford Square Associates, LLC for property owned by YMCA of Westport/Weston CT Inc. to APPEAL a letter from the Planning and Zoning Director dated 10/26/12, regarding building height, FAR and permitted uses above the first floor, in a BCD/H zone PID #C09140000.


6. 20 Marine Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7120 by Ihor Chernik and Larysa Bemko for property owned by Ihor Chernik and Larysa Bemko for a variance to Sec 13-6 (Coverage), Sec 13-5 (Height), Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-2.1 (Expansion, Extension and Alteration), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 6-3.3 (Non Conforming Height), to raise existing structure to comply with FEMA requirements, to rebuild back room and add a deck in a Res A zone, PID #B01071000.
